Semi-Flexible: 25% at the time of the booking and 75% payable at the hotel at the arrival of the guest. 1 Change (dates, meal plan, or room type) allowed up to 7 days before arrival. In case of modification, the client must pay the difference between the bookings. If the amount of the new booking is lower, the hotel will not refund the difference.
CANCELATION AND NO SHOW:
Flexible Rate: If you cancel with less than 72 hours charges will be applied according to the cancelation policy.
Non-refundable: If you cancel or modify the reservation or guest is no show, 100 % charge as cancellation fees.
Semi-Flexible: 25% charge of booking value if canceling or no show.
