The Hotel will charge the customer's card for cancellation or no-show fees 3 days before arrival. The remaining amount can be paid upon arrival at the Hotel. In the case of reservations made less than 3 days in advance, the amount of the fees will be paid at the time of booking.
Non-refundable: Payment in full at the time of booking. Warning: Cancellations and modifications will not be accepted. The hotel will not refund any amounts already charged to your card.
Semi-Flexible: 25% at the time of the booking and 75% payable at the hotel at the arrival of the guest. 1 Change (dates, meal plan, or room type) allowed up to 7 days before arrival. In case of modification, the client must pay the difference between the bookings. If the amount of the new booking is lower, the hotel will not refund the difference.
