7. WHY DOES HIPERION HOTEL GROUP, S.L. PROCESS THE HOLDER'S PERSONAL DATA AND FOR HOW LONG? 

Personal data to which access is granted will be processed and kept for as long as the contractual relationship or the purpose for which they were collected is maintained. After this, the data will be kept once the contractual relationship has ended or when they are no longer relevant for the purposes for which they were collected, duly blocked, to be made available to the competent Public Administrations, Judges and Courts or the Public Prosecutor's Office during the period of limitation of the actions that may derive from the relationship maintained with the user and/or the legally stipulated retention periods. Subsequently, your data will be physically deleted after the expiry of these deadlines.

General Conditions: 

• Flexible Rate: Modifications and cancellations are allowed without charges up to 72 hours before arrival. Important: if you make a change, check the new price and conditions before confirming the change, as they may vary. The Hotel will charge the customer's card for cancellation or no-show fees 3 days before arrival. The remaining amount can be paid upon arrival at the Hotel. In the case of reservations made less than 3 days in advance, the amount of the fees will be paid at the time of booking. 

• Non-refundable: Payment in full at the time of booking. Warning: Cancellations and modifications will not be accepted. The hotel will not refund any amounts already charged to your card. 

• Semi-Flexible: 25% at the time of the booking and 75% payable at the hotel at the arrival of the guest. 1 Change (dates, meal plan, or room type) allowed up to 7 days before arrival. In case of modification, the client must pay the difference between the bookings. If the amount of the new booking is lower, the hotel will not refund the difference. 

   

CANCELATION AND NO SHOW: 

• Flexible Rate: If you cancel with less than 72 hours charges will be applied according to the cancelation policy. 

• Non-refundable: If you cancel or modify the reservation or guest is no show, 100 % charge as cancellation fees. 

• Semi-Flexible: 25% charge of booking value if canceling or no show.
