After this, the data will be kept once the contractual relationship has ended or when they are no longer relevant for the purposes for which they were collected, duly blocked, to be made available to the competent Public Administrations, Judges and Courts or the Public Prosecutor's Office during the period of limitation of the actions that may derive from the relationship maintained with the user and/or the legally stipulated retention periods.
